Return & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid services and goods supplied by Purgeclean in New Zealand. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) are not excluded where they apply.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Our services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and be fit for any particular purpose you tell us about. Goods must be of acceptable quality. If we fail to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, or compensation depending on the circumstances.

Workshop bookings

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur 50% of the session fee unless we can fill the slot.

Template packs

Unopened printed packs may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase for a refund excluding delivery costs. Opened packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty under the CGA.

Digital materials

Email-delivered PDFs are non-refundable once sent unless defective, in which case we will replace the file at no charge.

How to request a remedy

Email welcome@purgeclean.world with your name, purchase date, and details. Refunds are processed within 10 business days where approved.

Disputes

If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact the Commerce Commission or consider the Disputes Tribunal for eligible claims.
